By accessing or using 237Biz (237biz.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. The 237Biz Platform

237Biz is an online business directory and growth platform for Cameroonian businesses. We provide tools including business listings, reviews, appointment booking, analytics, referral tracking, and associated services. We are operated by MS IT Solutions / Maroon Hosting, Cameroon.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password
• You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same person
• You must verify your email address to activate your account

3. Business Listings

When you submit a business listing, you agree that:

• All information is accurate and up to date
• You are authorised to represent the business listed
• You will not submit listings for businesses involved in illegal activities
• You will not submit duplicate or spam listings
• Uploaded photos and logos must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

237Biz reserves the right to reject, remove or edit any listing that violates these terms or our content guidelines, without notice.

4. Payments & Featured Listings

• Featured listing payments are accepted via MTN MoMo and Orange Money
• Payments are manually verified by our team within 24 hours of submission
• Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been activated
• Featured listings expire after the purchased duration and revert to free listings
• Fraudulent payment proof submissions will result in immediate account termination

5. Partner Programme (Agents & Creators)

• Commissions are calculated based on verified referral conversions as tracked by our platform
• Commissions must be approved by an administrator before payment is processed
• Minimum payout threshold is 10,000 XAF. Payments are made via MTN MoMo or Orange Money
• 237Biz reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice
• Self-referrals (referring your own business) are not eligible for commission
• Fraudulent referral activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions

6. Reviews

• Reviews must be genuine and based on your own first-hand experience
• You must not submit fake, paid or incentivised reviews
• Reviews must not contain defamatory, offensive or illegal content
• All reviews are moderated before publication
• 237Biz reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Scrape, harvest or copy content from 237Biz without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Impersonate another person or entity

8. Limitation of Liability

237Biz provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of business listing information, the quality of services provided by listed businesses, or any transactions between users and businesses. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Cameroonian law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
