After you submit your listing, it enters a review queue. Here is what to expect at each stage.
Pending review
Your listing status will show as Pending on your dashboard. The 237Biz team reviews all new listings to ensure quality and accuracy. This usually takes a few hours, and never more than 24 hours.
What we check
- That the business name and category are accurate
- That contact details (phone, WhatsApp) are valid Cameroonian numbers
- That the description is genuine and not spam
- That the listing belongs in the city selected
Approved
You will receive an email notification when your listing is approved and live on the site. It will then appear in search results and category pages.
Rejected
If your listing is rejected, you will receive an email explaining why. Common reasons include incomplete information or an incorrect category. You can edit and resubmit from your Dashboard.
Note: Editing an approved listing does not take it offline. Changes are applied immediately.
