The floating WhatsApp button
On any listing page where the business has a WhatsApp number, you will see a green floating button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Click or tap it to open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message.
The pre-filled message
The message reads: "Hi, I found your business on 237Biz and would like to enquire about your services."
You can edit this message before sending to add more detail about what you need.
WhatsApp not opening?
- Make sure WhatsApp is installed on your phone
- On a desktop computer, WhatsApp Web will open if you are logged in
- If the button is not visible, the business may not have a WhatsApp number listed — use the contact form instead
