If you cannot find your listing in the directory, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Check the status on your dashboard
Go to your Dashboard and look at the status column next to your listing. It will show one of:
- Approved — your listing is live and searchable
- Pending — it is waiting for review. See My listing says Pending
- Rejected — it was not approved. Check your email for the reason
Your listing is approved but you cannot find it in search
- New listings can take a few hours to appear in search results after approval
- Try searching by your exact business name
- Make sure you are looking in the right city filter
- Your listing URL is always: 237biz.net/listing/your-listing-slug
You cannot see your listing at all
If your listing does not appear on your dashboard, make sure you are logged into the correct account. Check if you have another email address you might have registered with.
