Your analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of how your listing is performing. Go to 237biz.net/analytics to access it.
The four stat cards
- Total Views — how many times your listing page has been visited in total
- Enquiries — how many contact forms have been submitted from your listing
- Bookings — how many appointment requests you have received
- Profile Score — how complete your listing is (see below)
Date range filter
Use the Last 7 days / Last 30 days / Last 90 days buttons to change the time period for the stat cards and the views chart.
The views chart
The bar chart shows your daily views over the selected period. Hover over a bar to see the exact date and view count. A flat chart with no bars means no views were recorded in that period — this is normal for new listings.
If you have multiple listings
Use the dropdown at the top to switch between your listings. Each listing has its own analytics.
