🏷️ Offer (yellow)
Use for discounts, promotions and special deals.
Examples: "End of month sale — 20% off all services", "Buy 2 get 1 free this week", "Free delivery on orders over 5,000 XAF"
📅 Event (blue)
Use for launches, open days, product releases or any time-limited event.
Examples: "Grand opening — come visit us this Saturday", "New menu launching 1 September", "Live music every Friday evening"
ℹ️ Info (green)
Use for general updates, new services or important information.
Examples: "We now accept MTN MoMo", "New branch opening in Buea next month", "Extended opening hours during the holiday season"
🔔 Urgent (red)
Use for time-sensitive or important notices that need immediate customer attention.
Examples: "Closing early today at 14:00", "Emergency closure — will reopen Monday", "Last day for holiday orders — order by 5pm today"
Only one announcement shows at a time
If you have multiple active announcements, only the most recently created one appears on your listing page. Plan your announcements so the most important one is the latest one.
