Your slot duration determines how long each appointment is and how many slots are available per day.
Available durations
- 15 minutes — good for quick consultations, haircuts, brief calls
- 30 minutes — the most common option, suitable for most services
- 45 minutes — good for longer consultations or beauty treatments
- 60 minutes — best for in-depth meetings, medical consultations, training sessions
How slots work
The booking form generates time slots based on your opening hours and your chosen duration. For example, if you are open 8:00–17:00 with 30-minute slots, customers will see: 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30… and so on.
Slots are automatically removed when booked
Once a slot has a pending or confirmed booking, it is removed from the available options so no two customers can book the same time. You can also manually block times — see How to block unavailable dates and times.
Changing your slot duration
You can change your slot duration at any time in the Appointment Booking section of Edit Listing. The change applies to future bookings only — existing bookings are not affected.
