The appointment booking system lets customers book directly from your listing page. Bookings arrive as requests that you confirm or decline — you stay in control.

Requirements

  • You must have a Featured listing to enable booking
  • Your business hours must be set (the booking form uses them to show available times)

How to enable booking

  1. Go to Edit Listing and open the Appointment Booking section
  2. Check Enable Appointment Booking
  3. Choose your slot duration (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes)
  4. Add the services you want to offer for booking (optional)
  5. Set how many days ahead customers can book
  6. Click Save Changes

What customers see

A green Book an Appointment button will appear on your listing page. Clicking it takes them to a booking form where they choose a date and available time slot.

Managing bookings

All booking requests appear in Manage Bookings. New requests show as Pending until you confirm or decline them. See How to confirm or decline a booking.
